Yesterday’s Quote

If you guessed that the quote was from the movie Pride & Prejudice you were correct. This was the scene where Darcy came across the field towards the end of the movie to apologize to Elizabeth for his aunts behavior the night before. This is by far one of the better movies out there. There are two version that I can remember seeing one from 1995 a BBS special which was good, but the 2005 version was magnificent.
I rarely look at a movie and think that the director did a great job with the camera, the movement etc. But this movie made me realize how powerful of a tool the camera’s movement could be. If I were to rate this movie (and I am), I would say overall it’s a 5 out of 5. The story is a classic and stands the test of time, the actors did a fantastic job with their portrayals, the music was inspiring and the scenery/cinematography redefined how I’ll look at movies.
This is a must watch date movie, either if you are datin or are married. Your wife will appreciate watching this classic movie, and will appreciate you getting it for her. So add it to your netflix or blockbuster cue and sit back and enjoy it.
