Hectic Weekend

Somethings in the worlds are simply worth remembering and writing something down about. For me it is anything to do with my family. I had a wonderful opportunity to hang out with my daughters on Saturday. We shopped together, went to eat together and just had a good day. The good days seem to be more and more frequently. It’s strange that it takes your kids getting older to have days that are not spectacular, but just plan good. When the kids were younger it used to be incredible days, followed by horrible days, but never did it seem we just had a good day. And I like it. So to all you dad’s out there, smell the roses their your kids!
My girls are simply incredible they tend to make me wonder who they are sometimes since they are so dang cute, and mysterious to me at times. They never stop surprising me with the way they think and the things they do. My 3 year old asks for a nap sometimes and it blows me away, my 6 year old ponders things few adults do, and honestly she comes up with better reasons than most grown-ups for why things are certain ways in the world.
